What is your lead time to ship?
Currently, most orders are shipped within same day or next business day with the shipping method selected. Our team is ready to process and ship the orders as quick possible. We do not expect any delays at this time. We will update you if anything changes.
Do you have any planned shutdown?
At this time, we are open for normal business hours. We have sanitary measures in place to keep our employees safe and healthy. Office and warehouse are working diligently to process your orders, so it gets delivered promptly. Everything around us is changing rapidly, we will keep you informed.
Are you experiencing any inventory shortages?
We have good amount of inventory on the shelf and ready to ship for now. We keep monitoring inventory and put plans in place to replenish as quick possible. If we run out on any products, we will update our website accordingly.
I have lost my job & need special discount, can you help?
If you have recently lost your job because of COVID-19 lockdowns and unable to pay the full price of henna dye products, please send us an email at sales@thehennaguys.com for a special coupon code.
Can you rush my order?
Usually, we would have accommodated rush orders during normal business. But at this time, due to the extreme order volumes, we are not able to rush any orders.
