I've been using henna for years. I used to use Lush henna, but found it too much of a process to break up the blocks of henna, so I switched to henna powder that I bought on Amazon. I decided to try Henna Guys because the henna I was buying from Amazon wasn't as vibrant or long-lasting as I'd like. The process was simple, although I will have to get used to letting the henna sit for 8 hours before applying (something to plan a day around). It washed out easily, didn't make a mess of my shower, and the color is great!
United StatesPure Henna…I am a brunette with some silver tones now that I am a senior. I have been using this Henna for two years and love the results. The product gives more volume to my hair and at the same time the red tone cover the silver giving my hair a golden red tone. This is a great product and I recommend it to my friends.

I started using henna when I was 15. Used to buy if from Nestle's for about $3.88/can. The color was spectacular. All my life I was stopped by strangers to tell me how beautiful my hair was. Twenty years later, Nestle's stopped making it. I found some brands that were okay, and used Colora henna powder (but it has a lot of sticks and stuff in it - hard to wash out - and the color isn't as beautiful) for a decade, until I ran across Henna Guys Pure Henna and it makes my hair look like it did 50 years ago - brilliant red with deep undertones and shine! I'm getting stopped again for compliments and most people believe its my natural color. Love this product!

Its great. Mixed with pure lemon juice fresh squeezed, and filtered water. added some eucalyptus oil also and a touch of sugar. Let sit over night, then mixed, strained, and piped into cones. it makes a Dark lovely stain that, if left on long enough really lasts! i LOVE it. thank you.

I love this brand because I know I'm always getting 100% PURE henna and I don't have to worry about any weird metallic additives that could cause bad reactions to other hair products. I use the straight henna to cover my greys. I have dark brown hair naturally, so the grey really sticks out. I tried going light to blend in the greys, but that involves bleaching and A LOT of maintenance. With henna I can use it on my whole head and it gives a nice sheen in the sun, but mostly makes my dull grey hair look like shiny bright red highlights. It never washes out, only needs to be touched up when new hair grows in. And the great part is it improves the condition of my hair. I will never go back to traditional dyes!
