Ingredients and how they work:

  • Henna (Lawsonia inermis): With bright red tones, this ingredient makes ½ of the base for this henna hair dye. Other than its eye-catching color, henna helps condition and add shine to the hair, which leaves the end result of sleek and healthy hair.
  • Red Clay: To add balance to the henna, we mix it with red clay, which also has deep red tones. This not only gives our henna hair dye a rich color, it also provides the hair with beneficial minerals. These minerals are essential and add cleansing power to the henna hair dye.

Tips and Notes:

Helpful Tip: Please use fresh brewed black coffee liquid to mix henna for optimal results, you can use color safe, sufalte & paraben free shampoo after 48 hours of rinsing henna. It helps with getting the color stick to hair better and prevents color wash up.

Important Note: Henna hair dyes are different than conventional hair coloring products, it does not contain chemicals that are required to change the color of your dark hair, or develop color faster, with that being said, it takes around 2-3 hours minium for application process. Please reach out to us before placing an order if you have any questions about application process.

Allergy Warning:
Although, our deep red henna hair dye is made with pure henna (97%) & red clay (3%), but some people may still be allergic to natural products, to rule that out for this product, please do a strand/skin test before full on application of Burgundy henna.

Perfect Red

I love this hair dye and this is the third time I've used it, I naturally have brown hair and each time this product makes it a better, deeper red. My only complaint is that it stains quickly and is hard to clean up (just from rinsing under the faucet my white bathtub stained orange!)

The best red henna

I’m really satisfied with this product. I tried different red henna before and it wasn’t red at all. This one really fulfill my expectations and I really like it. Don’t want to try any other brand . Also the shipping is really fast. Only think they could improve are the gloves

I get so many compliments

Basically Henna is a mudpack once you add water. I use a plastic cap and special shirt I keep just for using. I mix this with Wine Red and a touch of Indigo. People tell me how brave I am to use this color (my age) and also always compliment the deep red. Unlike other brands, when you are gra - it does not need double processing for any of their colors. Yayyy Henna Guys - my brothers in hair color!

Outstanding Henna Quality

Hi, I have been coloring my hair with Henna since I was 16 (I am now 44) and this is by far the freshest and best henna I have used so far. The color sticks really well, yet one has to remember this is a totally natural, tone on tone coloring system. The color will bleed somehow during hair washing, in particular if you chose a "non-pure" henna (a mix of henna + other plants), yet the color results are unbelievably beautiful. Pure henna will stick better and bleed less, though the color is basically copper red with little variation. The mixes they offer are very charming, and I would suggest to be experimental! I love the Auburn henna, for example, it gives a great color with perfect grey coverage, and a very natural feel and shine to it. Overall I would rate these products 5/5 stars with no doubt!
